Angelos Floros
Assistant Professor, Department of Audio and Visual Arts, Ionian University

Mr. Floros has studied at the Department of Architecture of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and received a Master’s Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University’s Tisch School of Arts. His field is Visual Art with an Emphasis on Audiovisual Interactive Installations. He has developed a multitude of research applications focusing on interactive environments and digital, nonlinear storytelling for the Mount Athos Administrative Body, the Academy of Athens, the Acropolis Museum, the National Archaeological Museum, the Epidaurus Museum, the Mycenae Museum, the Greek Naval Museum and many other bodies. As of 2019 he has been the Artistic Director of the Audiovisual Arts Festival, organized by the Department of Audio and Visual Arts and the Lab of Electroacoustic Music Research and Applications of the Ionian University.

  • Visual/artistic curatorship of audiovisual interactive installations
